Hotel manager Mei Ling opens the lobby for a busy day.
早上七点，美玲走进大厅。At seven in the morning, Mei Ling walked into the hotel lobby.她是这家小饭店的经理。She was the manager of this small hotel.
大厅的灯很亮，空气也很安静。The lobby lights were bright, and the air was quiet.柜台的小杰已经在工作。Xiao Jie at the front desk was already working.
美玲笑着问他今天的房间情况。Mei Ling smiled and asked him about today's room status.小杰说有很多客人会来。Xiao Jie said many guests would arrive today.
美玲点头，然后开始检查房卡和电脑。Mei Ling nodded and began checking the room cards and computer.她想确保每个房间都准备好。She wanted to make sure every room was ready.
这时，大门打开，一位客人走了进来。Just then, the main door opened, and a guest walked in.美玲深呼吸，准备开始忙碌的一天。Mei Ling took a deep breath, ready to start a busy day.
