At School (Part 2)
A Day in the Life of a Teacher — morning classes begin.
王老师八点半到学校。Teacher Wang arrives at school at eight thirty.学生们看到他，都高兴地说：“老师早！”When the students see him, they happily say, "Good morning, teacher!"
他笑着点头，也说：“大家早！”He smiles and nods, saying, "Good morning, everyone!"
第一节是中文课，学生们都带了书和笔。The first class is Chinese, and the students all bring their books and pens.今天他们要学习新课文，还有十个生词。Today they are learning a new text and ten new words.老师写在黑板上，学生们一边看一边读。The teacher writes them on the blackboard, and the students read while looking.
有的学生读得很快，有的读得有点慢。Some students read fast, others a bit slowly.老师走到他们中间，轻声地帮助他们发音。The teacher walks among them and gently helps them with pronunciation.
下课后，老师去办公室喝水、整理作业。After class, the teacher goes to the office to drink water and organize homework.他和同事聊天，说今天的学生很用心。He chats with colleagues and says the students worked hard today.然后他打开电脑，准备下午要教的内容。Then he turns on his computer and prepares what to teach in the afternoon.
