A Problem at Midnight (Part 2)
Survival Chinese — calling the front desk when the air conditioning breaks.

In the middle of the night, Miss Wang woke up — the room was freezing. The air conditioning was broken and just wouldn't turn off.
She called the front desk: "Hello, the air conditioning in room 806 has a problem."
The front desk said, "We're so sorry! We'll send someone up right away." Five minutes later, there was a knock at the door.
The staff member took a look and said, "There's no way to fix it tonight."
“我们给您换一个房间,好吗?”"May we move you to another room?" The new room was on the ninth floor, even a little bigger than the old one.
A little while later, the front desk even sent up a plate of fruit.王小姐笑了:“没关系,谢谢你们!”Miss Wang smiled: "It's alright — thank you!"
