爸爸bà ba妈妈mā ma明天míng tiān就jiù到了dào liǎo。Mom and Dad arrive tomorrow.今天jīn tiān,约翰yuē hàn和hé小婷xiǎo tíng都dōu很hěn忙máng。Today, John and Xiaoting are both very busy.约翰yuē hàn打扫dǎ sǎo房子fáng zi,小婷xiǎo tíng做饭zuò fàn。John cleans the house, and Xiaoting cooks.小婷xiǎo tíng做了zuò le很多hěn duō好吃hǎo chī的de。Xiaoting made lots of delicious food.

她tā问wèn:“你nǐ爸爸bà ba喜欢xǐ huan吃什么chī shén me?”She asks: "What does your dad like to eat?"约翰yuē hàn说shuō:“他tā什么shén me都dōu吃chī!但是dàn shì他tā不会bù huì用yòng筷子kuài zi。”John says: "He eats everything! But he can't use chopsticks."小婷xiǎo tíng笑了xiào le:“没关系méi guān xi,我们wǒ men教jiāo他tā。”Xiaoting laughs: "No problem, we'll teach him."

米饭mǐ fàn也yě想xiǎng帮忙bāng máng。Mifan wants to help too.但是dàn shì它tā拿走ná zǒu了le约翰yuē hàn的de袜子wà zi。But he takes away John's sock.约翰yuē hàn跑pǎo着zhe叫jiào:“米饭mǐ fàn!还给huán gěi我wǒ!”John runs and shouts: "Mifan! Give it back!"

晚上wǎn shang,房子fáng zi很hěn干净gān jìng,饭fàn也yě做zuò好了hǎo le。In the evening, the house is clean and the food is ready.小婷xiǎo tíng问wèn:“你nǐ说shuō,他们tā men会huì喜欢xǐ huan这里zhè lǐ吗ma?”Xiaoting asks: "Tell me, will they like it here?"约翰yuē hàn说shuō:“他们tā men会huì喜欢xǐ huan这里zhè lǐ,更gèng会huì喜欢xǐ huan你nǐ。”John says: "They will like it here — and they will like you even more."小婷xiǎo tíng说shuō:“希望xī wàng是shì这样zhè yàng!”Xiaoting says: "I hope so!"

明天míng tiān是shì个gè大dà日子rì zi。Tomorrow is a big day.这天zhè tiān晚上wǎn shang,三sān个人gè rén都dōu睡shuì得de不好bù hǎo:约翰yuē hàn、小婷xiǎo tíng,还有hái yǒu米饭mǐ fàn。That night, all three slept badly: John, Xiaoting, and Mifan.
