That's Not What We Ordered (Part 2)
Survival Chinese — politely fixing a mixed-up order.
一个星期后，李明跟朋友又来到那家餐厅。A week later, Li Ming and his friend came back to the restaurant.这次他们点了鱼和米饭。This time they ordered fish and rice.可是菜来了，是一盘鸡肉。But when the food arrived, it was a plate of chicken.
李明说：“不好意思，这不是我们点的。”Li Ming said, "Excuse me, this isn't what we ordered."
服务员看了看，说：“对不起，我拿错了。”The waitress took a look and said, "Sorry, I brought the wrong dish."她很快把鱼送了过来。She quickly brought the fish over.
鱼很好吃，就是有一点辣。The fish was delicious — just a little spicy.朋友喝了很多水，两个人都笑了。His friend drank a lot of water, and they both laughed.
买单的时候，老板说：“今天的茶免费！”When they paid the bill, the owner said, "The tea is free today!"
李明说：“谢谢！我们下次还来。”Li Ming said, "Thank you! We'll be back next time."
