The Challenge (Part 1)
The Cooking Contest — two neighbors, one big claim.
老张和老王是邻居，也是好朋友。Old Zhang and Old Wang were neighbors, and good friends.老张说：“我做的面比你做的好吃！”Old Zhang said, "My noodles taste better than yours!"
老王不同意：“我做菜三十年，比你多十年！”Old Wang disagreed: "I've been cooking thirty years — ten more than you!"
他们的太太笑着说：“那就比一比吧！”Their wives laughed and said, "Then have a contest!"
社区正好有一个做菜比赛。As it happened, the neighborhood was holding a cooking competition.老张说：“好，星期六见，看谁比谁厉害！”Old Zhang said, "Fine — see you Saturday, and we'll see who beats whom!"
老王说：“你的嘴比你的手厉害。”Old Wang said, "Your mouth is mightier than your hands."大家都笑了。Everyone laughed.
