星期六xīng qī liù早上zǎo shang,我wǒ和hé姐姐jiě jie打算dǎ suàn去qù公园gōng yuán玩wán。On Saturday morning, my older sister and I planned to go have fun at the park.

可是kě shì刚gāng出门chū mén,天tiān就jiù下xià起qǐ了le大雨dà yǔ。But the moment we stepped outside, it started pouring.

姐姐jiě jie说shuō:“既然jì rán下雨xià yǔ了le,我们wǒ men就jiù在家zài jiā看kàn电影diàn yǐng吧ba。”My sister said, "Since it's raining, let's just watch a movie at home."

电影diàn yǐng看到kàn dào一半yī bàn,家里jiā lǐ突然tū rán停电tíng diàn了le。Halfway through the movie, the power suddenly went out.

我wǒ说shuō:“既然jì rán没有méi yǒu电diàn,我们wǒ men就jiù下棋xià qí吧ba。”I said, "Since there's no electricity, let's play chess."

下xià了le一会儿yī huìr棋qí,妈妈mā ma回来huí lai了le,手里shǒu lǐ拿ná着zhe很多hěn duō菜cài。After we'd played for a while, Mom came home carrying lots of groceries.

姐姐jiě jie说shuō:“既然jì rán妈妈mā ma买mǎi了le这么zhè me多duō菜cài,我们wǒ men就jiù一起yī qǐ做zuò午饭wǔ fàn吧ba。”My sister said, "Since Mom bought so much food, let's make lunch together."

午饭wǔ fàn做zuò好的hǎo de时候shí hou,雨yǔ停tíng了le,太阳tài yang也yě出来chū lái了le。By the time lunch was ready, the rain had stopped and the sun had come out.

姐姐jiě jie高兴地gāo xìng de说shuō:“既然jì rán天tiān晴qíng了le,我们wǒ men就jiù去qù公园gōng yuán吧ba!”My sister said happily, "Since it's cleared up, let's go to the park!"

我wǒ笑着xiào zhe说shuō:“既然jì rán饭fàn已经yǐ jīng做zuò好了hǎo le,就jiù先xiān吃饭chī fàn,吃完chī wán再zài去qù。”I laughed and said, "Since lunch is already made, let's eat first and go afterwards."

那天nà tiān我们wǒ men的de计划jì huà一直yī zhí在zài变biàn,可是kě shì每个人měi ge rén都dōu过guò得很de hěn开心kāi xīn。Our plans kept changing all day, but everyone had a great time.
