She placed her phone on the kitchen shelf and adjusted the angle.她tā一边yī biān泡pào热茶rè chá,一边yī biān对duì着zhe镜头jìng tóu微笑wēi xiào,说shuō今天jīn tiān的de主题zhǔ tí是shì“让ràng自己zì jǐ慢màn下来xià lai,好好hǎo hǎo享受xiǎng shòu早晨zǎo chén”。As she brewed her hot tea, she smiled at the camera and said that today's theme was "slow down and enjoy the morning."

正当zhèng dāng她tā想xiǎng拍pāi煎蛋jiān dàn时shí,她tā家jiā的de猫māo忽然hū rán跳tiào上shàng桌子zhuō zi,把bǎ刚gāng拿ná出来chū lái的de鸡蛋jī dàn全quán撞倒zhuàng dǎo了le。Just as she was about to film the fried egg, her cat suddenly jumped onto the table and knocked over all the eggs she had taken out.鸡蛋jī dàn在zài桌上zhuō shàng滚gǔn来lái滚gǔn去qù,她tā吓xià了le一yī跳tiào,又yòu忍不住rěn bù zhù笑xiào出来chū lái。The eggs rolled all over the table. She was startled, then couldn't help laughing.

她tā对duì镜头jìng tóu说shuō:“大家dà jiā看看kàn kan,这zhè才cái是shì真实zhēn shí的de生活shēng huó,永远yǒng yuǎn会huì有yǒu意外yì wài。”She said to the camera, "Look, this is real life. There's always something unexpected."她tā用yòng纸巾zhǐ jīn擦cā干净gān jìng桌子zhuō zi,又yòu重新chóng xīn拿ná了le一个yī ge鸡蛋jī dàn,希望xī wàng这次zhè cì不要bù yào再zài出chū问题wèn tí。She wiped the table with tissues and took another egg, hoping nothing would go wrong this time.

她tā决定jué dìng继续jì xù拍pāi下xià整个zhěng gè过程guò chéng,让ràng观众guān zhòng看到kàn dào最zuì自然zì rán的de一面yī miàn。She decided to keep filming the whole process so her viewers could see the most natural side of her.
